When making a purchase with Opticpulse your sunglasses or goggles come with a manufactures warranty that covers you from all manufactures defects that may occur to the glasses or goggles. If you happen to step on your sunglasses and break them the manufactures warranty would not cover them but we do! When you purchase a new pair of sunglasses we give you 30 days coverage from the order date. If you happen step, sit, or run over your shades we got your back.
How do I apply for the replacement?
If you wish to apply for the replacement program you will
need to have a copy of the original receipt along with the broken sunglasses.
Coverage is good for 30 days from the order date. Customer is
responsible for shipping the broken sunglasses back to Opticpulse along with return
shipping. The replacement program is only good once. This offer cannot be
combined with any other offers or promotions. Replacement program is only good
for items broken after use. For items
